Product benefits: Top class dull matt and highly opaque dispersion interior wall paint. Durable with a very wide range. Low-splash, full-bodied, easy-to-use product.
Weather resistance: not for exterior use
Compatibility: can be tinted with water based solid colours and tinting paints (deviations in the technical characteristics are possible due to tinting)
Colour shades/Gloss levels: white/matt
Range of application: Indoors on new and old load-bearing substrates, e. g. neutral interior plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete, woodchip wallpaper, fleece wallpaper, gypsum and plasterboard (without lignin bleeding).
Tips for processing: Do not use below temperatures of +8°C and in case of massive heat (sun exposure). The surface must be stable, solid, clean, dry and free of grease. Loose parts of paint and chalky old paint must be completely removed. Solidify washed-off substrates with Tiefgrund LF, absorbent or crumbling substrates as well as new plaster or concrete substrates should also be primed with Tiefgrund LF. The VOB, Part C, DIN 18363 must be observed for substrate preparation and processing. New plaster or concrete surfaces have to be primed with Tiefgrund LF. First paint the corners and edges with a brush or a small roller, then the large areas with a larger roller. Please check for same lot number when processing from several containers. Stir well with a wooden stirrer before use.
Tips: An absorbent surface can be recognized by changing colour to dark after contact with water. During work breaks, keep tools in the paint or firmly wrapped in a plastic bag.
Surface coating system on Plaster and concrete: a) prepare the substrate properly b) prime critical substrates accordingly c) first coat diluted with max. 10 % water d) 1 – 2 top coats undiluted
Surface coating system on Recoating of old paint layers or renovation painting: a) prepare the substrate properly b) 1 – 2 coats undiluted, depending on the condition of the substrate
Spreading rate: approx. 8 m²/l. by coating once, depending on the condition / absorbency of the surface
Thinner: water
Tools: paint roller, flat brush, airless spraying (Please pay attention to the general information of your device manufacturer.)
Cleaning of tools: immediately after use with water and soap
Drying: (at +20°C, 65 % relative humidity) dust dry: after approx. 2 – 3 hours recoatable: after approx. 6 hours
Avoid mechanical stress on the surfaces and splashing water during this time. Lower temperatures and higher humidity prolong the drying time.
Ingredients: acrylate copolymer dispersion, water, calcitic and siliceous fillers, titanium dioxide, inorganic and organic pigments, additives, preservatives;
Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one; reaction mass of 5-chloro-2- methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3- one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction.
VOC-contents: EU-Limit value for this product (cat. A/a): 30 g/l (2010) This product contains max. 30 g/l VOC.
